All products purchased from IDOROK.com benefit from a 14-day free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product is in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

5. Return Process

5.1 Initiate a Return:

    • Contact our customer service team via email at support@idorok.com to initiate a return.
    • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange. In case you have photos about the faulty aspects, attach those as well.

5.2 Prepare Your Return:

    • Securely package the product to prevent any damage during transit.

Include all original packaging materials, accessories, and documentation.

5.3 Ship the Product:

      • Ship the product via a courier to the following address Romania, Brasov, Brasov, Str. Vidin Nr. 12.
      • In case the product was damaged during transit and does not match our criteria or the photos attached / problem described, your request will automatically be disapproved, so make sure that it gets back to us safely.

5.4. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions outlined above. We will notify you via email of the approval or disapproval of your refund.

  • Approved Returns:

    • If your return is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Disapproved Returns:

    • If your return is disapproved, we will notify you via email and provide the reason for disapproval. You may choose to have the product shipped back to you at your expense.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product, please follow the return process and specify that you would like an exchange in your email. Once your return is approved, we will send the replacement product to you.
